Build Insight | Get Unstuck
Understand what keeps you stuck. Build what helps you move forward.
Therapy and coaching for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, executive functioning challenges, burnout and major life transitions.

Hello,
I'm Tiernen Archibald.
I’m Tiernen Archibald, a licensed therapist and Executive Function and Life Coach in the Denver area. I help adults understand the patterns keeping them stuck and develop practical ways to create meaningful, sustainable change.
My clients are often neurodivergent professionals, caregivers, creatives and high achievers who feel overwhelmed by the demands of work, relationships, parenting or daily life. Some are seeking therapy for anxiety, trauma, ADHD, people pleasing or relationship concerns. Others want structured coaching around organization, time management, routines, accountability and follow-through.
My style is conversational, direct and collaborative, with room for humor and the occasional pop-culture reference. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a nonprofit executive, so I understand the realities of leadership, people management, burnout and trying to hold together several spinning plates at once.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming. Whether we work together through therapy or coaching, the goal is to help you feel clearer, more grounded and better equipped to build a life that works for you.

How can I help?
Discover personal growth and healing through individual therapy. Build self-awareness and empowerment on your journey to mental well-being. I will support your process through humor, insight, and challenging the beliefs that set you back. I operate in a way that is direct and honest so we can spend less time politely circling the problem and more time helping you move forward.
Clinicians will develop skill and/or work towards professional licensure. I will provide guidance, reflective insights, and tailored support to enhance your clinical skills. I have competency across the lifespan including school-based and outpatient services. I am also experienced in nonprofit administration and building a private practice.
Whether you need practical support with planning, organization, time management, and follow through, or help finding direction during a transition, coaching can help turn good intentions into workable next steps. Together, we'll build strategies that fit your brain and real life, rather than forcing you into a system that looks good on paper but falls apart by Wednesday.
